The art is a pair of heavy dumbbells crossed over a lightning bolt, stamped inside a 1970s-style shield badge with IRON & SWEAT lettered across a gold banner. Burnt orange, mustard, navy and cream play off the shirt color for a faded, hand-pulled screen-print look: a retro gym shirt that feels like it has already seen a hundred training sessions.
